Labirent Düellosu hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Sunucumuz yok, hesap açmanız gerekmez, reklam göstermeyiz. Oyun ilerlemeniz yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır ve hiçbir zaman cihazdan dışarı çıkmaz.
Bu politika, MDG Yazılım tarafından geliştirilen Labirent Düellosu adlı mobil oyunu kapsar. Oyunu indirip kullanan herkes için geçerlidir. Oyun çocuklara yönelik tasarlanmıştır; bu nedenle veri toplama konusunda mümkün olan en kısıtlayıcı yaklaşımı benimsedik: hiç toplamıyoruz.

Bu bilgiler kişisel veri niteliği taşımaz, bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez, cihazdan çıkmaz. Bu verilere biz de erişemeyiz.
Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırdığınızda yerel olarak saklanan tüm oyun verisi de silinir. Ayrıca cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek ilerlemenizi sıfırlayabilirsiniz. Silme talebi için bize başvurmanıza gerek yoktur; bizde saklanan bir veriniz bulunmamaktadır.
Uygulamada reklam gösterilmez, üçüncü taraf reklam ağı entegre edilmemiştir ve uygulama içi satın alma bulunmamaktadır. Çocuklara yönelik davranışsal reklamcılık yapılmaz.
Uygulama, verilerinizi toplayan veya paylaşan herhangi bir üçüncü taraf yazılım geliştirme kiti (SDK) içermez. Uygulamayı Google Play üzerinden indirmeniz ve güncellemeniz sırasında Google'ın kendi hizmet koşulları ve gizlilik politikası geçerlidir; bu süreç bizim kontrolümüz dışındadır.
Labirent Düellosu çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır ve Google Play Aile Politikaları'na uygun şekilde geliştirilmiştir. Yaşı ne olursa olsun hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bu nedenle ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme faaliyetimiz bulunmamaktadır. Çocuğunuzun gizliliğiyle ilgili herhangi bir sorunuz olursa aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve ABD Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA) kapsamında veri sahiplerinin erişim, düzeltme ve silme gibi hakları bulunur. Uygulamamız hiçbir kişisel veri işlemediği için bu hakların kullanılmasını gerektiren bir kayıt tutulmamaktadır. Yine de her türlü soru ve talebiniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Sunucuya aktarılan veri olmadığı için ağ üzerinden veri sızıntısı riski bulunmamaktadır. Cihazınızda saklanan oyun verisinin güvenliği, cihazınızın kendi işletim sistemi korumalarına tabidir.
Uygulamaya ileride veri toplayan bir özellik (örneğin bulut kayıt, liderlik tablosu veya reklam) eklenirse bu politika güncellenir, sayfanın üst kısmındaki güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir ve Google Play'deki Veri Güvenliği beyanımız buna göre revize edilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.

This policy applies to Labirent Düellosu (Maze Duel), a mobile game developed by MDG Yazılım. The game is designed for children, so we take the most restrictive possible approach to data: we collect none.
The app does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:
The app has no account system, no sign-in screen, and no server connection.
To let you continue where you left off, some information is stored only in your device's local storage:
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to any third party.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data. You can also reset your progress by clearing the app's data in your device settings. There is no need to contact us for deletion, because we hold no data about you.
The app displays no advertising, integrates no third-party ad networks, and contains no in-app purchases. No behavioural advertising is directed at children.
The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect or share your data. When you download or update the app, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction, which is outside our control.
Labirent Düellosu is built for children and developed in line with Google Play Families Policy requirements. We collect no personal information from users of any age, so there is no data processing that would require verifiable parental consent. Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), data subjects have rights including access, correction, and deletion. Because the app processes no personal data, we hold no records against which these rights would be exercised. You are welcome to contact us with any question regardless.
Because no data is transmitted to a server, there is no network transmission to intercept. Game data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating system safeguards.
If a data-collecting feature (such as cloud save, leaderboards, or advertising) is added in the future, this policy will be updated, the date at the top of this page will change, and our Google Play Data Safety declaration will be revised accordingly. Users will be notified in-app of material changes.
